Education in Chile

The education in Chile has many problems concerns mainly with the quality, because the state system doesn’t give importance that education needs.

This I think that the education is in crisis since the nursery school until higher education. It’s happens because the quality of education depends of the capacity for pay a good school.  If you can’t pay a public school you can go just at a state school. This reality shows that the people prefers don’t go at state school because there don’t there are preoccupation for give it a quality. This happens in all levels of education.

The problem is when inside the money for educational system; because the education is a universal right that all must have access, doesn’t matter if we can pay or not for that, the quality we receive should be the same for all us.   But in Chile isn’t like this, and this situation does that exist a deep difference between the public and state schools, increasing the social inequality.

The government and the Member of Parliament needs understand that education is the principal tool for the people could have more opportunities for the stable life. This way we could break the inequality of this society.

For this, it needs money but also and more important is share out better the resources that are used for the state education. For example, I think that should promote the pedagogy for have professionals that is really involved with the education that they give it. Additionally, the teachers should be better valued, and they needs that appreciate the work that gives them to the society.

So, our society needs public policies that promote the state system, and strengthen the state schools, for this way will be a fair society for all socioeconomics levels.
